Total Building Systems Consulting LLC was established in 2024. We offer extensive and diverse industry experience that’s proven for nearly a decade and a half. A third set of eyes to provide total building systems quality assurance. From the basics to complex forensic investigations and entire building systems to everything in between.

Founded by a University of Hartford graduate, Paul started his career as a Commissioning Engineer and quickly discovered a desire to diversify and expand his knowledge base. He’s a hands-on, creative, and intuitive mechanical engineer that demonstrates and delivers exceptional management and troubleshooting skills throughout the United States. He has spent the last decade delving further into the areas of thermography, existing condition surveys, commissioning, building envelope systems, and anomaly discovery and resolution.
These interests became the epicenter of expanding his education and certifications at multiple facilities from coast to coast. Paul’s success is driven by an extensive passion for quality results, no matter the project size and throughout complexities that may arise along the way.

With a strong knowledge of construction means and methods, not only can we propose solutions to avoid issues early in the design phase, but also discover them dynamically throughout construction with exceptional documentation. We can provide practical solutions while conveying resolutions to the project team in a manner that facilitates a collaborative, cooperative, and cohesive environment.
TBSC possesses nearly fifteen dedicated and diligent years in the construction industry with thirteen of those years directly involved in full-time consulting, commissioning & forensics. We offer diverse experience in the industry and offer a specific range of services from the concept phase to closeout, staff training, the warranty period, and throughout operations of the facility (new or existing). With an innovative and creative workforce, TBSC demonstrates a passion for building and providing the highest quality projects while focusing on creating a seamless and enjoyable journey for our clients.
